I am miserable- I have a summer flu, just all the weather changes and being exhausted catching up with me....and I think, stressing, I always miss Praveen when I am away [or he is] but find I am stressed even more so- his heart attack a few months ago has really scared me...but what to do? Life must go on.
Finally our bed has arrived! made by the same guys who did the windows- it will be 4 poster soon but they made the posts too short so I sent them back to be extended....
And I can show off some Vietnamese re-cycled fabric quilts I have.....just love the way they assemble their work...
Early morning visiors to my garden...the kingfisher was really nervous and kept flying off, then I gave up on him to take some pics of our Mung beans, turned around and there he was almost on my shoulder- looking as surprised as me that we were eyeballing each other!
Crow is really funny- more like an Australian magpie in attitude, she sits on the wall and tells me what to do when I am working and has taken to bringing all the eggs she steals and eating them in the garden- I see at least 4 or 5 eggs per day....and some very large bugs.....

Along the right hand side are Kerunda bushes- they are a kind of Indian version of Cranberry- very fruity but sour as welll- I look forward to pickling them and as well trying some type of sweet and hot chutney as well...yummm
