Sunday...

Over 40 degrees Celsius for last few weeks and another month to look forward to...out working on the education of our newest group of women...
Workshop we have a new cutting and pattern guy. Almost cried in relief after first day...He has experience he draws on it. He asked questions and makes notes....the relief is immense... machine men are all working well...changes we made late last year and then pruning another has brought to us having a good bunch. Happy and bubbling along.  Nice vibe.
They also have lots of expertise and skill and now feel comfortable to use it.  3 trainees on machine as well and older guys teaching. So good. Not able to get women onto machine room but we will keep trying.
All workshop in our mind at the moment and coping with the heat.
